Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Waitlyzt Affiliate Program ("Program") allows registered affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to Waitlyzt. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms"), in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Waitlyzt account in good standing
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. The commission rate, type (percentage or fixed), and any caps are determined by Waitlyzt and displayed in your affiliate dashboard.

3.1 Attribution

Attribution is tracked via cookies and other technologies. A referral is credited to the first affiliate link clicked within the attribution window. Once a customer is attributed to an affiliate, that attribution is locked and cannot be claimed by another affiliate.

3.2 Recurring Commissions

Depending on the program settings, you may earn commissions on recurring subscription payments. The duration and terms of recurring commissions are specified in your affiliate dashboard.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Self-referral or referring your own accounts
Using misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices
Cookie stuffing, ad injection, or similar techniques
Bidding on Waitlyzt branded keywords in paid search
Creating fake or misleading reviews
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Impersonating Waitlyzt or its employees
Using bots or automated tools to generate clicks or conversions
Recruiting sub-affiliates or operating multi-tier referral schemes

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of pending commissions, and legal action.

5. Payouts

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

Payouts are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount, as specified in your dashboard. Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.

5.2 Clearing Period

Commissions are subject to a clearing period before becoming available for withdrawal. This period protects against refunds and chargebacks.

5.3 Tax Information

You must provide valid tax information before receiving your first payout. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings. Waitlyzt may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities.

5.4 Payment Methods

Payouts are processed via the payment methods available in your affiliate dashboard. Processing times vary by method.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed or voided. This applies regardless of whether the commission has been paid out.

7. Intellectual Property

Waitlyzt grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting Waitlyzt through the Program. You may not modify our materials or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination:

All pending commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited
Cleared commissions will be paid according to the regular schedule
You must immediately stop using Waitlyzt marketing materials
Existing attributions remain valid until they expire naturally

9. Modifications

Waitlyzt reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or any aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WAITLYZT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY LEVEL OF EARNINGS OR CONVERSIONS. YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR OWN MARKETING EFFORTS AND VARIOUS FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAITLYZT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
