All purchases of Waitlyzt are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Why No Refunds?
Waitlyzt is a digital product consisting of source code. Once you receive access to the private repository:
- The code can be immediately cloned and copied
- There is no way to "return" digital source code
- The full value of the product is delivered instantly
- This policy protects against abuse while keeping prices fair for all customers

While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to your success:

- Missing Features: If something advertised is missing, we'll address it promptly
- Access Problems: If you're having trouble accessing the repository, we'll resolve it within 24 hours
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed after repository access has been granted, we reserve the right to revoke your repository access and pursue the matter through appropriate channels.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase twice, contact us immediately
- Access Never Granted: If you never received repository access due to a technical error on our end
- Misrepresentation: If the product was significantly misrepresented (we stand behind our descriptions)
