Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Waitlyzt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Waitlyzt is a production-ready SaaS boilerplate providing source code for authentication, payment processing, credit management, support desk, and other features for building web applications. The Service is delivered via private GitHub repository access upon purchase.
License and Usage
Your use of the Waitlyzt source code is governed by the separate License Agreement available at /legal/license. Please review the License Agreement carefully before purchasing.
Different license tiers provide different features and usage rights. The specific features included in your purchase depend on the package you select.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service
- One license per individual or legal entity unless explicitly agreed otherwise
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must not share your GitHub repository access with unauthorized parties
- We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access
Purchases and Payments
Payment Terms
- All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Prices are subject to change with notice for future purchases
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the private GitHub repository
- Access is typically granted within 24 hours of purchase
- You must provide a valid GitHub username to receive access
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the product, once repository access is granted, refunds cannot be provided. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Waitlyzt source code
- Create derivative boilerplate products for sale
- Share repository access with unauthorized parties
- Remove or alter any license notices or attributions
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer our licensing or access controls
Intellectual Property
Waitlyzt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waitlyzt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You receive a license to use the code, not ownership of it
- You retain ownership of applications you build using Waitlyzt
- We retain all rights to the Waitlyzt boilerplate, branding, and documentation
- You may not use the Waitlyzt name or branding to market derivative products
Updates and Support
Updates and support availability depend on your license tier. We strive to maintain and improve Waitlyzt but do not guarantee specific update schedules or support response times. Access to updates may be provided through the same private repository.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waitlyzt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or the source code.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and source code are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the code will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Waitlyzt and its owner from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your repository access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or the License Agreement. Upon termination for violation, your license to use the code may be revoked.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Existing license grants are not affected by changes to these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
